Managing Principal Cameron Findlay has predominantly practised in the caravan park and residential park industry since being admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2018. Cameron has a strong passion for the industry and is uniquely placed to provide specialist and up to date advice on matters of all different complexities in an efficient manner.
Cameron appears in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal on a regular basis and is considered a specialist in the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic) and the Residential Tenancies (Caravan Parks and Movable Dwellings Registration and Standards) Regulations 2024 (Vic). Cameron has many years of experience advising large, small, public and private operators in the caravan park and residential land lease community industry.
Cameron graduated from Deakin University with a double degree in a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws with Honours. Outside of his profession, Cameron loves spending time with his family and friends and is an avid sports fan particularly of cricket and football.
Sarah was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2021 and has extensive experience in the caravan park and residential park industry, having practised in the sector since her admission. Sarah provides clients with practical advice to achieve their business objectives and is well equipped to advise on matters of all complexities. Sarah is capable of acting for purchasers and vendors in large or small business and land acquisitions from the start to the finish of the transaction.
